In 1967, at 13 years old, Gloria Woginiak arrived in Belle Glade from Cuba with her family.
They came seeking opportunity and stability. Like many immigrant families in this community, they started from the beginning — learning English, attending school, and working hard to build a future.
Gloria grew up in Belle Glade. She went to school here. She built relationships here. And at 21 years old, she entered the insurance industry — a profession she would dedicate her life to.
For more than three decades, she built a reputation in commercial trucking insurance, especially in agricultural transportation. She worked closely with sugar cane haulers, local trucking companies, and small business owners who depended on their vehicles to make a living.
Eventually, she stepped out in faith and opened her own agency.
BIG Insurance Consulting was born not out of ambition — but out of commitment.

This business is family in more ways than one.
Gloria’s daughter, Ileana Carrazana, became a licensed insurance agent and helped launch the independent office in 2012. Together, they built an agency that combines decades of experience with a new generation of leadership.
Over time, other family members joined — including Gloria’s sister, Gina, and trusted team members who have been with the agency for years.
But the generational story doesn’t stop inside the office.
Many of our clients have been with us for 20 to 30 years. We now insure the children of the families Gloria first helped decades ago.

With over 38 years of insurance experience, Gloria built her career specializing in commercial transportation coverage. She is known throughout the Glades region for her hands-on service, fairness, and commitment to doing things correctly.
She continues to lead the agency with the same work ethic she began with decades ago.

Following in her mother’s footsteps, Ileana became licensed and helped launch the independent office. She works closely with commercial trucking clients and fleet operators while continuing to expand the agency’s services for businesses and families.
